What you will do

• Drive data-driven operational improvement initiatives within Procurement Operations.
• Analyze procurement data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using QlikSense or similar BI tools.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from ERP systems using SQL.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support operational excellence.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Must pass a security vetting process; citizenship obligations may apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of process automation tools.
• Experience with AI tools in industrial settings.
• Data modeling or advanced analytics experience.
