What you will do

• Lead the design of web interfaces, microsites, and multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Develop high-quality print collateral, including brochures and event materials.
• Create digital assets for social media, presentations, and internal communications.
• Apply and maintain design systems and brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage independent client communications.
• Review work and provide mentorship to junior designers to ensure quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or related degree in Visual Communication.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web, print, and digital design.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and generative design workflows.
• Previous exposure to the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
