What you will do

• Drive secure development principles and practices across engineering and production teams.
• Perform threat modeling, security assurance testing, and cyber risk assessments for all product offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering to define cybersecurity requirements, perform gap analysis, and manage residual risk.
• Architect security controls and design secure modules for new product development.
• Lead business units through security certification and accreditation processes (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training on cybersecurity topics.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Gdańsk, Poland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of product cybersecurity experience or 5+ years in secure systems development.
• Strong understanding of secure-by-design principles and architecture-level security concepts.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native security, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID), and security configuration management.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
• Experience with cybersecurity standards like IEC 62443.
• Experience with security certifications including FedRAMP.
