TL;DR

Cyber Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity): Leading technical-commercial engagements and POCs for a security validation platform with an accent on offensive security and attack simulation. Focus on acting as a technical advisor to CISOs and translating customer insights into product impact.

Location: Remote (Global). The role is open to candidates based in Poland, Serbia, Georgia, or Romania, but explicitly states remote from any location.

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact technical engagements with CISOs, SOC leaders, and security architects.
  • Own the full POC lifecycle from initial setup to demonstrating business value.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, aligning product offerings with customer security strategies.
  • Drive successful onboarding and evaluation processes in real customer environments.
  • Collaborate with partners and consultancies to expand technical opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for Product and R&D teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales in cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience leading POCs and technical evaluations with enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of offensive security, attack paths, exposure management, or security operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BAS, attack simulation, exposure management, SIEM, EDR/XDR, or cloud security.
  • Experience working with cyber consultancies or channel partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven security products and ability to explain AI capabilities.
