Salary: $77,040 – $105,930 USD

What you will do
- Provide troubleshooting expertise to test technicians and document root cause corrective actions in production.
- Monitor test station productivity and execute First Pass Yield continuous improvement tasks.
- Develop, execute, and document a Tester Maintenance program to reduce downtime.
- Train test technicians on best practices and system knowledge to promote team development.
- Execute manufacturing testing tasks for CR milestones and provide support for prototype and pilot orders.
- Support quality audits and complete Quality CIT assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Allen, TX.
- Proficiency in electrical system troubleshooting using Volt/Amp meters.
- Capability to read, write, and edit electrical drawings.
- Understanding of various voltage circuits (24vdc, 120vac, 240vac, 208vac, 480vac, 400vac).
- Experience with Relay Logic.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of elevator systems and codes.
- Experience with electrical data collection tools (e.g., PicoScope).
- Programming skills in C# or C++.
- Hi-pot test experience.
