What you will do

• Provide troubleshooting expertise to test technicians and document root cause corrective actions in production.
• Monitor test station productivity and execute First Pass Yield continuous improvement tasks.
• Develop, execute, and document a Tester Maintenance program to reduce downtime.
• Train test technicians on best practices and system knowledge to promote team development.
• Execute manufacturing testing tasks for CR milestones and provide support for prototype and pilot orders.
• Support quality audits and complete Quality CIT assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Allen, TX.
• Proficiency in electrical system troubleshooting using Volt/Amp meters.
• Capability to read, write, and edit electrical drawings.
• Understanding of various voltage circuits (24vdc, 120vac, 240vac, 208vac, 480vac, 400vac).
• Experience with Relay Logic.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of elevator systems and codes.
• Experience with electrical data collection tools (e.g., PicoScope).
• Programming skills in C# or C++.
• Hi-pot test experience.
