TL;DR
Senior Data Analyst (SQL/AI): Conducting data analysis and building recurring and ad-hoc dashboards for financial, payment, marketing, product, customer, and operational insights with an accent on business intelligence, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on investigating anomalies, translating business questions into analytical recommendations, improving data pipelines, and integrating AI tools into reporting workflows.

What you will do
- Analyze financial, payment, marketing, product performance, customer behavior, and business operations data.
- Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using business intelligence and automation tools.
- Translate business questions into analytical tasks and provide data-driven answers and recommendations.
- Investigate reporting anomalies and support continuous improvements in data accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, finance, sales, business development, and other stakeholders.
- Support the integration of AI tools, including large language models, into reporting and analysis workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, task management, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics, payment systems, or the fintech industry.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, ChatGPT, Claude, or prompt design.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud-based data environment.
