What you will do

• Facilitate knowledge transfer from delivery teams to Support, AMS, and Professional Services organizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support playbooks, and triage guides for Brazil Tax Reform.
• Coordinate cross-functional transition activities across GPD, GSD, AMS, and QA teams.
• Support hypercare activities and triage efforts for pre- and post-go-live client issues.
• Contribute to solution design and QA validation to ensure GSD readiness.
• Act as a liaison between Scrum/Kanban teams and support organizations to resolve process or technical gaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and conversational)
• 10+ years of SAP experience in FI, MM, or SD modules
• Deep familiarity with Brazil-specific tax and regulatory contexts, including Brazil Tax Reform (IBS, CBS)
• Experience with SAP support processes, AMS, or product development
• Strong ability to create structured technical documentation and process workflows

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with JIRA
• Knowledge of ABAP and SAP debugging
• Background in transition management or cross-functional coordination
