Salary: $57,400 - $98,350 USD

What you will do
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web ticketing.
- Document all interactions accurately within Salesforce CRM.
- Educate customers on product benefits and compliance software functionality.
- Analyze issues to determine if they stem from user error, application design, or defects.
- Collaborate with internal groups to solve complex technical problems.
- Assist in testing products prior to new releases.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, BCIS, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical or lending customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of PC and network operating systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Must be able to work flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Must be available for onsite interviews and work in St. Cloud, MN.
Nice to have
- Previous banking experience in new accounts or lending.
- Strong understanding of financial institution business processes.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches.
