What you will do

• Lead the architecture, engineering, and integration of global physical security systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of security projects, including roadmap development and budget oversight.
• Deploy innovative security solutions, including AI-powered analytics and automation.
• Enforce global security standards and technical specifications for resilience and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for installation and maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure systems exceed regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise physical security systems (access control, CCTV).
• Proficiency with systems such as Avigilon or Alta Open.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT operations (ITSM/ITIL).
• Proven experience in project management (PMP or similar) and vendor management.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential issues with maturity.
• Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid model.
