What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and establishing a Center of Excellence.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer escalations, collaborating with Support and Product Management.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders ranging from practitioners to C-level executives.
- Create and execute Success Plans to drive adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for customer needs across internal departments to influence product development.
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in France without visa sponsorship.
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Fluent English and French are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
