Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective collaboration with teammates is critical.
• Proven experience building consumer-facing products users love.
• Demonstrable experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with algorithms, data structures, and schema design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience.
• Location: work from Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile development (native or hybrid).
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s tech stack: Golang, TypeScript/React.
• Experience with AWS (ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, Step Functions).
• Passion for gaming, streaming, or the hirify.global platform.

Salary: $110,500–$160,000 USD (Seattle, WA) or $127,100–$185,000 USD (San Francisco, CA) annually
