What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX for Agentic AI features, helping users understand what AI is doing, why, and when to intervene.
• Simplify complex autonomy UX challenges (confidence, transparency, control) into natural, easy-to-navigate workflows.
• Improve overall platform design quality across information architecture and visual craft to keep the product cohesive and enterprise-grade.
• Design onboarding, education, feedback loops, and interaction patterns that increase adoption and trust in AI.
• Create Arabic-first experiences for both Arabic and English environments, including RTL, localization, and cultural expectations.
• Use research and usability testing to validate assumptions and learn from real user behavior; mentor and participate in design critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Strong UX and interaction design skills, including thinking through workflows, states, edge cases, and user behavior.
• Advanced Figma proficiency (component systems, prototyping, scalable design practices).
• Experience conducting or contributing to user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design craft (hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and detail).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders; comfort operating in ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, copilots, agents, or autonomous systems.
• Experience designing AI confidence, reasoning, and uncertainty communication.
• Design systems and platform-scale design thinking.
• Responsible AI, explainability, or AI ethics principles.
• Experience with SaaS businesses serving enterprise customers in the Middle East.
