What you will do

• Host engaging team-building and social impact activities for corporate partners.
• Welcome and inspire event participants throughout the experience.
• Support nonprofit partners in the facilitation of in-person events.
• Manage group dynamics to ensure a fun and productive environment.
• Problem-solve on the fly to address any issues during live events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kalamazoo, MI
• Fluent in English
• Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Extremely comfortable with public speaking and interacting with crowds.
• High energy, charismatic personality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on a contract per-event basis.

Nice to have

• Background in acting, comedy, or improv.
