What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients, including intelligent data structuring and data analysis.
• Run benchmarks and support discovery activities such as interviews and workshop facilitation.
• Produce process mapping outputs and functional specifications based on project findings.
• Take on team support roles as needed and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars).
• Collaborate with clients across different industries, with a strong interest in Energy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication skills and proven collaboration as a team player.
• Languages: Dutch and English (German fluency is a plus).
• Prepared for temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, Belgium, or Luxembourg).
• Work permit cannot be provided for this position.
