What you will do
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and ETL scripts for Big Data environments.
- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build server-side tools and REST APIs using Python.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of applications and data science models.
- Ensure application security through certificate management, HTTPS, and OAuth2 authentication.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Finance).
- 1-3 years of experience in Data, DevOps, Cloud, or Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
- Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
- Strong interest in AI and data-related topics with a DevOps mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform and Gitlab-CE.
- Prior experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration.
