What you will do

• Lead and manage complex digital transformation assignments for high-profile clients across various sectors.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and support business development activities.
• Perform business and functional analysis to solve organizational challenges and improve operational excellence.
• Drive project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies and architectural design.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver fixed-price projects and embedded client engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting.
• Proven track record of contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English and fluent in either Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and a dedicated consulting mindset.
• Experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, or Industrial sectors is an asset.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, or Leading SAFe.
• Scrum.org certifications such as PSPO I or PSPO II.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
