What you will do

• Design and implement statistical and econometric analyses for competition cases.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and review relevant case law.
• Perform rigorous quality control on quantitative and qualitative work streams.
• Draft client-ready reports and create data visualizations to present findings.
• Support and supervise interns and junior staff members.
• Contribute to business development through opinion pieces and professional conferences.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.A., M.Sc., or PhD) in Economics or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 level or higher).
• Strong knowledge of theoretical and empirical microeconomics and industrial organization.
• Experience with Excel and statistical programming languages such as R, Stata, or Python.
• Commitment to high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
• Previous experience in economic consultancy or regulatory bodies like the European Commission.
