What you will do

• Execute client engagements as part of high-performing teams embedded within client organisations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and help shape technical and business solutions.
• Perform Business and Functional Analysis to bridge the gap between business requirements and IT implementation.
• Manage projects and facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient delivery.
• Contribute to business development activities and share knowledge within the multidisciplinary consulting team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, IT, economics, or management.
• Initial professional experience in Business/IT Consulting or a relevant domain.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Strong passion for digitalisation and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Skills in IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), ESG, or Product Management.
• Experience with Architectural Design or Agile/Scrum facilitation.
