What you will do

  • Design and implement complex retirement plan structures tailored to institutional client needs.
  • Manage a book of business and serve as the primary strategic consultant for plan sponsors.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales pipeline through referrals, sales calls, and industry networking.
  • Perform investment advisory services while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure plan compliance, including non-discrimination testing and fiduciary training.
  • Present plan options and investment choices to decision-makers to drive client retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retirement plan related experience required.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid securities license.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
