TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Mexico City with a hybrid commitment of two days per week in the Reforma office.

What you will do

• Support media buying and campaign operations to ensure smooth and efficient strategy implementation.
• Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure objectives are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between network partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage and track network orders, asset traffic instructions, and campaign materials.
• Reconcile weekly television network logs to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist the account management team with client communication, reporting, and presentations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing or advertising is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, filtering, and pivot tables.
• Strong business writing and presentation skills using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work from the Mexico City office two days per week.
