Khmer Language Specialist (AI Trainer)

Location: Thailand; remote workplace

Salary: $8–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Review and annotate Khmer-language training content.
• Assess AI-generated Khmer outputs for accuracy, fluency, grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify and document recurring linguistic error patterns.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and Khmer-language experiences.
• Collaborate on prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Khmer is required.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or a related field.
• Strong cultural knowledge, clear communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Remote work from Thailand and a secure computer with a stable internet connection are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.
