What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of campus network solutions using Cisco, HPE, and Aruba platforms.
• Architect and manage Aruba Wireless infrastructure to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and security.
• Deploy and administer ClearPass solutions for secure network access and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing throughput.
• Lead cross-functional teams in large-scale network projects and provide expert-level troubleshooting support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and capacity planning strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in network engineering.
• Demonstrable expertise in campus network environments and interoperability between Cisco, HPE, and Aruba.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with switching, routing, and authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS).
• Strong leadership and project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Cisco CCNP/CCIE certification.
• Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) or Professional (ACMP).
• Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
