Junior Client Solution Architect (Consulting): Serving as the primary operational contact for clients to provide tailored solutions with an accent on requirement gathering, project delivery, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
Salary: PLN 71,700 – PLN 96,000 per year.

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, managing requirements, delivery timelines, and quality issues.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between clients and internal Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders and monitor project progress.
- Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and ensure effective workflows.
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery while identifying opportunities for data enhancement and process improvements.
- Participate in operational and quality review meetings to maintain alignment on client concerns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
