TL;DR
Junior Solutions Consultant (DACH): Serving as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region with an accent on requirement gathering, project delivery, and data quality management. Focus on coordinating between internal operations, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and high client satisfaction.
Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office).
Salary: PLN 7,500 - PLN 8,000 monthly.

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for DACH region clients, managing requirements, timelines, and data modifications.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between clients and internal Customer Success and Sales teams.
- Translate client needs into actionable internal work orders and monitor project progress.
- Partner with operations teams to troubleshoot inquiries and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Participate in operational and escalation management meetings to maintain alignment.
Requirements
- German language proficiency is a must.
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
