What you will do

• Design cutting-edge software frameworks, systems, and products for large-scale transformation projects.
• Provide technical leadership to application development teams and perform design and code reviews.
• Ensure architecture alignment with business requirements and maintain enterprise-wide design standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software architecture, component integration, and testing guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve framework design weaknesses and optimize system interfaces.
• Drive modernization initiatives for mainframe environments including z/OS and IBM iSeries.

Requirements

• Extensive architectural experience in large-scale customer change and transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software connectivity between platforms.
• Working knowledge of CA Broadcom products or IBM iSeries (AS/400) including system operations and application support.
• Ability to maintain uniform enterprise-wide application design standards.
• Strong understanding of system interfaces, middleware, and infrastructure components.

Nice to have

• The Open Group Master Certified Architect or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in Mainframe environments (Modernise On, Integrate With, Move Off).
• Understanding of z/OS and 3rd party Mainframe software.
• Familiarity with applying AI to accelerate application transformation.
