BI Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable BI and AI-powered analytics solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Integrate LLMs and custom AI workflows to improve data access and analysis.
• Lead solution design and coordinate technical resources across consulting, product, sales, support, and training.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, design logical data models, ETL processes, dashboards, and implementation approaches.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers, including customers in the US market.
• Mentor colleagues, expand the knowledge base, and improve implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building scalable BI solutions and strong technical skills.
• IT consulting experience, including customer expectation management and issue resolution negotiation.
• Practical experience integrating AI capabilities into analytics solutions using LLM APIs, prompt design, or structured outputs.
• Experience with relational or dimensional data modeling, SQL, and designing ETL data pipelines.
• Ability to manage simultaneous engagements independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Advanced SQL query tuning and optimization skills.
• Experience leading BI engineers and analysts, or working with ETL tools and data warehousing techniques.
• Knowledge of Ruby, Python, web services, or REST.
• Experience with RAG patterns, vector databases, AI agents, or LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Project management skills.
