What you will do

• Design and implement robust ETL workflows using Ab Initio to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Build and maintain Ab Initio graphs utilizing components like Reformat, Join, Partition, Sort, Rollup, and Lookup.
• Develop complex data transformation logic and integrate pipelines with relational databases using advanced SQL.
• Utilize the Graphical Development Environment (GDE) for efficient development, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize ETL processes for reliability and perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with data architects, DBAs, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL tools and parallel processing concepts.
• Proficiency in GDE (Graphical Development Environment).
• Solid experience in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.).
• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
• Proven ability to design and optimize ETL workflows for large-scale data processing systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting and job scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience in data migration or modernization projects.
