What you will do

• Translate customer business problems into structured technical solution plans using the platform.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects in collaboration with engineering and AI specialists.
• Define detailed specifications and prompt/context structures for solution logic.
• Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs between speed, stability, and scope.
• Collaborate with the Platform team to identify and surface reusable product patterns.
• Act as the primary voice of the user, bridging the gap between enterprise operators and technical teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles.
• Proven experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise software, AI tools, or internal platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLMs, or component-based systems.
• Experience working with customers in finance, cybersecurity, or operations.
