What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Lead a delivery pod consisting of a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Apply and enforce delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and maintain rigorous documentation.
• Define and track deployment KPIs and report risk posture to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical project or program management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions in CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms.
• Ability to manage communications across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations).
• Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Must be located in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, or SAFe.
