What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery for Agentic AI projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
- Lead a delivery pod consisting of a Forward Deployed Engineer and an Agent Architect.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Apply and enforce delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and maintain rigorous documentation.
- Define and track deployment KPIs and report risk posture to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical project or program management for SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions in CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms.
- Ability to manage communications across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations).
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required.
- Must be located in Milan, Italy.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Background in professional services or consulting for enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/CSPO, or SAFe.
