What you will do

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs, breaking down large initiatives into manageable deliverables and milestones.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely decision-making and visibility.
• Align Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Operations teams through planning sessions and operational reviews.
• Analyze delivery metrics using Jira and YouTrack to identify bottlenecks and improve engineering workflows.
• Own engagement with third-party infrastructure vendors, including contract renewals, budgeting, and compliance reviews (GDPR, DORA).
• Define ownership, success criteria, and execution plans for complex infrastructure initiatives to remove delivery friction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering environments.
• Solid knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and engineering execution practices.
• Deep hands-on experience with YouTrack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in Italy or Spain.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, observability tooling, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
• A formal technical or engineering background (e.g., previous experience as an engineer, sysadmin, or DevOps).
• Experience driving SRE practices, operational excellence, or platform adoption.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
