What you will do

• Manage all aspects of high-complexity IT programs, including interdependencies, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Define and drive program governance to monitor performance and adapt to changing requirements.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to define a vision and translate it into tangible, manageable delivery steps.
• Lead high-impact transformation initiatives and manage the adoption of new solutions and technologies.
• Support business growth through proposal development and executive-level presentations.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects or programs.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Must be based in Roma, Italy for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven experience engaging with C-suite executives and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Expertise in cost and scope management, change control, and program governance.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, and operational reporting.

Nice to have

• Specific experience in the Italian Public Sector or Industry sectors.
• Project or Program Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related fields.
