Senior Information Assurance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Senior Information Assurance Analyst (Cybersecurity): Providing guidance and expertise to ensure adherence to Information Assurance policies and directives with an accent on vulnerability management and system compliance. Focus on performing STIG scans, managing IAVM notices, and maintaining ATO/ATC documentation within eMASS and Xacta.

Location: Must be based in Fort Belvoir, VA

What you will do

• Monitor and review IAVM notices to determine applicability to the environment.
• Perform routine system vulnerability scans using ACAS and Evaluate-STIG tools.
• Report suspicious activity to the Security Event Management (SEM) system.
• Maintain and update ATO/ATC packages within eMASS and Xacta.
• Perform TEMPEST inspections and maintain facility drawings.
• Serve as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and assist with IT policy enforcement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Information Assurance experience.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance (eligible for TS/SCI).
• Must possess a current CompTIA Security+ ce certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Ability to lift 70lbs.
• Capability to work with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Visio.
• Prior experience with eMASS and Xacta.
• Familiarity with ACAS (Tenable) and SolarWinds SEM.
• Experience with Evaluate-STIG and STIG Manager.
