Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 Annually

What you will do
- Assist in drafting and maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) packages and federal compliance documentation.
- Monitor ACAS scans and collaborate with infrastructure teams to remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Manage and track Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to address security gaps.
- Implement and tailor security controls based on DISA STIG checklists.
- Coordinate with Coast Guard Cyber Command (CGCYBER) for operational readiness and data calls.
- Support contingency plan testing and change management processes.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required
- DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level I Certification (e.g., Security+, CAP, GSLC)
- Practical experience with ACAS for vulnerability scanning
- Hands-on experience with SIEM systems and XDR platforms
- Direct experience navigating eMASS for compliance and risk management
- Strong understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
Nice to have
- Experience supporting USCG or DHS cybersecurity programs
- Advanced IAM Level II/III certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP+)
- Participation in formal federal security audits or CORA assessments
