What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including oncologists and engineers to develop new real-world data products.
• Establish relationships with partner sites to enable seamless data transfers and deep understanding of source data.
• Conduct exploratory analyses to define ingestion approaches and business logic for common data models.
• Apply and validate LLM-based approaches to process unstructured electronic health record data at scale.
• Design, implement, and automate scalable data pipelines in collaboration with software engineers.
• Develop validation approaches to ensure consistency and quality of data sources.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
• BS or MS in a technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, polars) and SQL.
• Experience with ML and LLMs, including system evaluation and quality assessment.
• Understanding of key statistical concepts and ability to interpret analyses.
• Experience working in a production development environment with formal version control.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with DBT or Snowflake.
