What you will do

• Welcome and guide new online buyers through the business launch and growth process.
• Provide expert consulting on long-term business solutions, including legal packages and bundles.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to create growth opportunities for the client and the team.
• Analyze customer feedback to develop and refine techniques for ensuring client satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every client feels valued and heard.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite at the Reno, NV office.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for phone sales.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting with people.
