What you will do

• Analyze partner traffic, user behavior, payments, and promo campaign performance.
• Build and automate reporting in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets, from daily dashboards to monthly summaries.
• Validate, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Collaborate with affiliate and brand teams to identify high-performing sources and optimize creatives.
• Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and ensure metric accuracy across all reports.
• Participate in hypothesis testing to suggest improvements for traffic and partner engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas).
• Understanding of traffic sources and experience working with large databases.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and affiliate management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely from anywhere.
