What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and release work orders into assembly based on customer demand.
• Manage material availability to ensure production schedules and on-time delivery.
• Convert demand signals into actionable plans using ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to resolve shortages.
• Monitor programme performance and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Analyze KPIs and improve planning processes using lean principles.

Requirements

• Experience in materials, production planning, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
