What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical tasks and actionable insights.
• Own KPI monitoring and reporting, ensuring high data quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker and Hex notebooks for self-serve analytics.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python code while performing peer reviews.
• Integrate AI tools into the analytical workflow to improve efficiency in query generation and documentation.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to ingest and model new data sources.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week.
• Proven experience in BI data analysis and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools like Looker.
• Ability to communicate complex data narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools to augment data workflows.
