What you will do

• Define and maintain requirement-based test cases and verification criteria to support V&V activities.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites including unit, integration, and gating tests.
• Integrate SIL and HIL simulation-based validation into CI pipelines for early functional feedback.
• Design and manage release criteria to enforce code quality, traceability, and safety constraints.
• Analyze CI failures, triage flaky tests, and collaborate with developers and DevOps to ensure pipeline health.
• Lead working groups to define verification metrics and continuous quality monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI.
• Master's degree in CS, Robotics, or EE with 3+ years of automotive software experience, or Bachelor's with 5+ years.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Python for triaging, analyzing, and processing data.
• Strong experience with Linux development environments and container technologies (Docker).
• Knowledge of software safety/verification concepts, including SOTIF and ISO 26262.
