What you will do

• Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct tests and measurements to maintain control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Implement modifications to improve manufacturing techniques and optimize production output.
• Execute maintenance and repair activities while driving continuous improvement of key performance indicators.
• Manage technology transfer to other manufacturing sites through training and audits.
• Oversee equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Must be able to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of industry experience, or Master's with 1+ year, or PhD with 6 months+.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• Expertise in high-volume manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with DOE, FMEA, and model-based problem-solving techniques.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work across organizational boundaries.
• Experience with equipment installation and qualification.
