TL;DR
Senior BI Developer (Data Analytics): Leading the design and delivery of high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions to support strategic decision-making with an accent on analytical judgement and data integrity. Focus on building complex reporting frameworks, mentoring team members, and influencing senior stakeholders through actionable insights.
Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid requirement of 2-3 days per month at the Milton Keynes office.
Salary: £47,389 – £56,535

What you will do
- Lead reporting and analytics workstreams from scoping to delivery.
- Develop and improve complex dashboard solutions using Power BI and Excel.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other analysts.
- Translate complex business questions into robust analytical solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with security policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
- Degree-level qualification in a numerate discipline or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering reporting solutions with Power BI and Excel.
- Proven ability to lead complex analytical work and ensure data integrity.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
- Experience with performance frameworks and strategic monitoring.
- Knowledge of organizational data governance standards.
