Salary: £190,000 - £230,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout their adoption journey.
• Design scalable architectures for integrating Claude into existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Create and deliver technical content for audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
• Identify integration patterns and provide feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks or machine learning.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office with a hybrid schedule.
