Applied AI Architect (LLM)

Location: London, UK; hybrid attendance with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.

Annual compensation: £190,000–£230,000 GBP OTE, including base salary and target sales commissions or bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Advise digital native customers throughout Claude adoption, from technical discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Support integrations using the Claude API and Claude for Work within existing technology stacks.
• Design scalable architectures and guide technical decisions for LLM-based solutions.
• Help customers create evaluation frameworks for measuring Claude’s performance in specific use cases.
• Develop technical content for engineering teams, executives, founders, and other stakeholders, while sharing integration insights with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience working with digital native businesses, fast-moving technology companies, or scale-ups and technical buying stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating modern technology stacks.
• Comfort with Python and familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
