What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java in a distributed Linux environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Integrate software solutions with industrial hardware and control systems like PLCs.
• Collaborate with operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability.
• Design and implement system enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver business-critical features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience (2+ years considered for strong candidates).
• Strong proficiency in Java backend development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems in complex environments.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Tulsa, OK.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or industrial environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
