What you will do

• Design and deploy innovative features for the Seller Center to enhance the online retail experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to create effective solutions.
• Manage product and order information efficiently using the SCAYLE platform.
• Enhance application performance through strategic SQL query optimizations.
• Engage in code reviews to uphold high standards and foster ongoing improvement.
• Explore and integrate AI-supported features to streamline workflow processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent German comprehension skills (C1-Level).
• Experience with Django, Tailwind, HTMX, or similar lightweight frameworks.
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data storage.
• Strong commitment to writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.

Nice to have

• Excellent coding skills with Python.
• Extensive Django knowledge.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with Greenfield projects or startup settings.
