What you will do

• Design, execute, and automate test cases for functionality, usability, performance, and security.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for signing off new code to production environments.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and methodologies across the entire SDLC.
• Create automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to streamline the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality is integrated at every stage of development.
• Analyze existing testing processes and propose improvements using new testing techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer.
• Proficiency in test management software and solid knowledge of Development and Defect Life cycles.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
• Must be based in Cyprus (Paphos, Nicosia, or Limassol) to support hybrid work arrangements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
