What you will do

• Manage all phases of electrical and control equipment, including preventive, corrective, and emergency service.
• Troubleshoot DCS systems, PLCs, VFDs, motor control circuits, transmitters, and burner management systems.
• Calibrate mechanical and electrical instrumentation, primarily Rosemount sensors.
• Install and test new equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Redesign instrumentation, control, and electrical systems as required.
• Conduct predictive analysis and update the Preventive Maintenance System and work orders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with electronic/electrical and pneumatic systems in an industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or formal technical training.
• Proficiency in OMRON and Allen Bradley PLC hardware and logic (including SLC 504).
• Ability to read electrical prints and P&IDs.
• Experience with Citect Operator Interface System and Ethernet communication in Plant Control Systems.
• Must be willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and be on-call.

Nice to have

• Experience in Energy from Waste or Power Plant environments.
