What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of corporate financial reporting cycles (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for management, boards, and investors.
• Manage debt reporting packages, ensure compliance with covenants, and meet all lender reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate weekly cash reporting in partnership with the Treasury Manager to provide visibility for senior stakeholders.
• Manage Adaptive processes, including integrations, FX updates, bonus accruals, and consolidated headcount reporting.
• Maintain the bridge between management reporting and GAAP, ensuring clear reconciliation with statutory accounts.
• Automate reporting processes and optimize financial systems (Workday, Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce) using AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance.
• 3-5 years in a senior financial reporting or corporate finance leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting for high-growth SaaS or tech companies, specifically with ARR, NRR, and GRR.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS reporting standards.
• Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent) is preferred.
