Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the UK (2 days per week onsite at the West London Head Office in Chiswick).

What you will do

• Prepare and adjust category business plans across sales, inventory, airtime, and margin within budget.
• Act as a strategic category planning business partner for Buying, providing insight-led analysis on performance.
• Review and optimize schedules up to four weeks out to maximize sales and mitigate risk.
• Drive daily trading performance by proposing adjustments to airtime and identifying cross-category opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle through strategic promotions and post-event analysis to inform future decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in planning, trading, merchandising, or commercial analysis, ideally within retail or omnichannel environments.
• Proven ability to use sales, stock, and margin data to influence business decisions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Digital, Programming, and Merchandising teams.
• Commercial mindset capable of balancing short-term trading actions with long-term category strategy.
• Deep understanding of product seasonality and customer purchasing behavior.
