What you will do

• Design and implement structural improvements in One Identity Manager to remediate deficiencies and strengthen IAM control effectiveness.
• Automate manual service and control activities to boost efficiency, consistency, and traceability.
• Translate control findings, operational issues, and technical risks into sustainable, backlog-ready engineering solutions.
• Improve evidencing, monitoring, and technical substantiation across in-scope IAM services.
• Build reusable, scalable engineering patterns within the One Identity landscape.

Requirements

• Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience as a DevOps, Software, or IAM Engineer in a complex IT environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Solid grasp of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, reconciliation, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, API orchestration.
• Experience automating control, evidencing, or monitoring processes in a regulated environment.
