What you will do

• Act as the linking pin between application teams and the broader organization to ensure standards and initiatives are adopted.
• Improve security posture and operational excellence by setting up dashboards and enhancing observability.
• Build automations and reusable solutions for CI/CD, infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Coach engineers and teams on cloud, DevOps, and security topics to increase self-sufficiency.
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies and AI-driven solutions within engineering practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with cloud engineering in AWS and/or Azure.
• Solid foundation in software engineering and understanding of modern architectures.
• Experience with the DevOps lifecycle, including build, deploy, run, and monitor stages.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CDK, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybridly from The Hague, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with container-based or serverless environments.
